Pájaro a control remoto (Festo – BionicSwift)

Thanks to a close look at wings in nature, the BionicSwifts are agile, nimble and can even fly loops and tight turns. The five artificial swallows can move in a coordinated and autonomous manner in a defined airspace by interacting with a radio-based indoor GPS (ultra wideband, UWB).

Der Natur auf die Flügel geschaut: Die BionicSwifts sind agil, wendig und können sogar Loopings und enge Kurven fliegen. Durch das Zusammenspiel mit einem Indoor-GPS auf Funkbasis (Ultra-Breitband, UWB) können sich die fünf künstlichen Schwalben dabei koordiniert und autonom in einem abgesteckten Luftraum bewegen.
